Senior Penetration Tester

Founded in late 2020 as a spin-off of the CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security, we strive to transfer research excellence to real-world products that support businesses and their surrounding ecosystem in understanding their vulnerability to attacks. Our mission is to provide actionable insights to secure your IT infrastructure and protect our customer's businesses against attacks.
Tasks
\*Perform security analysis and general penetration testing
\*Identify security threats and weaknesses of existing systems and suggest improvements following security principles and best practices
\*Help clients in understanding and fixing security issues
\*Writing comprehensive reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical audience
**Requirements**:
\*3+ years or experience in a penetration testing, audit, assessment or security consulting role
\*Relevant security certifications are a plus
\*Experience working with clients and providing written reports
\*Good understanding of information security and risk management concepts
\*Scripting experience in one or more modern scripting languages
\*Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work as part of a team
\*Fluent in German and English
