We are an agile European tech company in the hotel industry. Apaleo, the first hotel microservices-based platform, allows the accommodation providers to create the perfect digital environment, so they can easily build their tech stack to manage all their activities.

Our platform consists of 20+ microservices that communicate mainly via Kafka. We use bleeding edge technologies:.NET 6, Terraform, and AWS. At Apaleo, you will work on building a great product and see it in action, helping customers all over the world to have the best digital environment that fits their needs.

We're looking for a **Technical Lead C#/.NET (f/m/d)** to join our team

**What You'll Be Up To**:

- Implementing core services for the platform in.NET6 that run in Docker containers;
- Challenging and optimizing implementations together with the team;
- Ensuring the platform remains scalable and the codebase remains maintainable;
- Scripting infrastructure on AWS and the deploying pipeline in Jenkins;
- Collaborating with PO and working with business requirements to align on the tasks we want to solve;
- Managing and planning the backlog and ensuring the E2E delivery;
- Driving and coordinating initiatives to unlock the team's potential.

**Your Skills**:

- You have 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams;
- You have experience in.NET development, focussing on reliability, and scalability when working with complex distributed systems.
- You have experience building SaaS products;
- You have expertise in one of the following: Kafka, AWS and Docker dev/ops, Postgres Optimisations, configuration management tools like Terraform.
- You are a self-organized developer, capable of moving forward and guiding others to success;
- You communicate fluently in English. And any other languages are always welcomed;
- You are willing to work within CEST work hours to collaborate with our team in Munich, Germany.
