**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As Project Assistant (f/m/d) of the HR People Systems & Services team in Siemens Energy, your day will consist of managing schedules, ensuring smooth execution of projects and facilitating communication between the members to help meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals. With your insights into the different projects of the team, you will be a major contributor for documentation and knowledge sharing.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Streamlining communication channels within the team, making sure important information is easily accessible as well as proactively identifying and solving issues that may arise, to make sure that projects stay on track
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of tasks as well as coordinating and organizing meetings, events, workshops to foster teamwork and skill-building
- Creating and maintaining project documentation (timely updates and accurate record-keeping), managing the workstream lead’s schedule and ensuring efficient time allocation for optimal productivity
- Providing administrative support, including organizing travel arrangement and expense reporting, as well as conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Helping the team stay engaged and motivated by supporting positive working environment
- Continuously improving processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or similar qualification
- Several years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles, preferably within a cross-functional team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other project management tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, a proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
