Als "Sales Representative" vertrittst du unsere Marke "UX For Health" und bist verantwortlich für:
Aufgaben
- Du bringst die Akquisition von Neukunden und die Entwicklung bestehender Beziehungen in der Gesundheitsbranche voran.
- Du etablierst bzw. verbesserst den Prozess der Lead-Generierung, spürst qualifizierte Leads auf, führst sie durch unseren beratenden Verkaufsprozess und schließt Verträge ab.
- Du managest den gesamten Vertriebszyklus und arbeitest eng mit Marketing und der Geschäftsführung zusammen.
- Du entwickelst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Ideen für unser Leistungsportfolio im Bereich digitales Produktdesign mit dem Fokus auf Digital Health.
- In der Rolle des Sales Representative sprichst du mittelständische deutsche Unternehmen sowie finanzierte Start-ups und Scale-ups an, um deren CIOs, CTOs, IT-Direktoren und Produktmanager sowie technische Mitarbeitende innerhalb der Organisation zu gewinnen.
- Du baust deinen eigenen Klientenstamm auf und begleitest deine Klienten Schritt für Schritt entlang des Sales Funnels
- Dein Alltag besteht aus der Erschließung neuer Kunden, Märkte und der Identifizierung von Service-Market-Fits.
- Du nimmst an Messen und Konferenzen teil und nutzt diese um zu netzwerken und UX For Health zu präsentieren, wie z.B. DMEA; Bits&Pretzels Health Tech; Big Bang Health; etc.
- In unserem schnell wachsenden Start-up ergreifst du die Initiative, bringst dich ein, setzt hohe Maßstäbe und lernst anhand unserer bestehenden Prozesse.

Qualifikation
- Du bist proaktiv und engagierst was den Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen anbelangt.
- Du hast nachweislich ein starkes Kundennetzwerk aufgebaut und erfolgreich Verkaufsziele in einem Unternehmen mit dem Schwerpunkt User Experience, Softwareentwicklung, IT-Outsourcing oder Digital Health erreicht.
- Du hast Interesse und erste Erfahrungen in einer wachstumsorientierten Rolle in einem Unternehmen mit Schwerpunkt Digital Health.
- Dank deines ausgezeichneten Verhandlungs
- und Verkaufsgeschicks behältst du stets das Ergebnis und den Erfolg im Auge, ohne die langfristige Perspektive zu verlieren.
- Mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Business Development bist du mit einem CRM-Tool vertraut.
- Der Umgang mit Zahlen gehört zu deinen Stärken, du hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
