**Deine Aufgaben**:

- ** Softwaredokumentation**: Du erstellst eigenständig Software-Dokumentationen in Absprache mit Product Owners und Entwicklern, um bedarfsgerecht Kunden-, Partner
- und Nutzerbedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Du koordinierst und gestaltest die Dokumentationen dabei in Zusammenarbeit mit (agilen) Entwicklungsteams und anderen Stakeholdern
- ** Blickwinkel des Anwenders**: Du nimmst korrigierenden Einfluss auf die Entwicklung aus Blickrichtung des Anwenders ein
- ** Informationsentwicklung**: Planung Du bist verantwortlich für die Optimierung bestehender Dokumentationen und das Konzipieren von neuen Inhalten durch die stetige Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkts
- ** Redaktionssystem**: Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege des Contents und definierst Content-Strategien
- ** Wissenstransfer**: Du stärkst ein motiviertes Team von technischen Redakteur:innen durch aktives Feedback und kontinuierlichen Wissenstransfer

**Dein Profil**:

- ** Qualifikation**:Du hast einen Bachelor in Technischer Redaktion, einen Akademischen Abschluss mit technischem/sprachlichem Bezug oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- ** Schnelles Verständnis**: Du besitzt die Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu verstehen, Know-How aufzubauen und konzeptionell in Anforderungen/UserStories zu bringen
- ** Kundenorientierung**: Außerdem hast Du eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am Lösen von Problemen
- ** Selbstständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit**: Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig, strukturiert und qualitätsbewusst
- ** MS-Office/Redaktionssystem**: Du bist es gewohnt mit MS Office Anwendungen zu arbeiten und bringst idealerweise gute Kenntnisse in HTML und/oder Erfahrung mit dem Redaktionssystem bloXedia mit
