**Your skills**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in penetration testing, with a focus on OT systems
- Proven experience in OT penetration testing, particularly with manufacturing hardware such as Siemens SBS.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Proficiency with both Linux and Windows environments, as well as familiarity with Siemens TIA software.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome security challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
- Must own and bring necessary hardware for on-site penetration testing.
- Willingness to travel to Waldkraiburg, Germany for on-site work during specified weeks

**Your Tasks**:

- Conduct penetration testing of OT hardware, including but not limited to Siemens SBS systems, both remotely and on-site.
- Analyze and evaluate system vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate security risks.
- Work remotely with access to a Linux VM and a Windows Laptop equipped with Siemens TIA for the initial phases of the project.
- Provide detailed reports and presentations on findings, including potential impacts and recommendations for securing systems.
- Collaborate with the IT and OT teams to understand system configurations and to design effective penetration testing strategies.
- Ensure all testing activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
