**Deine Aufgaben**
- Erstellung der Gehaltsabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen, tarifvertraglichen oder betrieblichen Regelungen
- Pflege von Personaldaten im HR Stammdaten System
- Zeit
- & Abwesenheit-Management
- Administration von persönlichen und vertragsrelevanten Daten (ggf. Kontrolle des Self Services (ESS) hinsichtlich Abrechnungsrelevanz)
- Ermittlung und Abrechnung von Be
- und Abzügen
- Berechnung & Pflege der Krankengeld-, Übergangsgeld
- bzw. Verletztengeld-Zuschüsse, Mutterschaftszuschuss etc.
- Erstellen von entgeltrelevanten Bescheinigungen
- Durchführung der gesetzlichen Auskunfts-, Bescheinigungs
- und Meldepflichten gegenüber Behörden und sonstigen Verwaltungen
- Saldenbestätigung zur Überwachung und Bereinigung der Gehaltskonten
- Durchführung von jährlichen Jahreswechseltätigkeiten (gesetzlichen Anforderungen)
- Abwicklung der doppelten Haushaltsführung
- Reisekostenabrechnung
- Administration und Berechnung von Pfändungen, Vorschüssen, geldwerten Vorteilen
- Administration und Abrechnung von Direktzusagen (BAV) und Direktversicherungen
- Termingerechte Datenaufbereitung & Administration, Beurteilung & Abrechnung von diversen Zusatzleistungen (Benefits, Bsp. Dienstwagen, Stromdeputat,InvestmentPlan, Leasing Car/Bike) für aktive Mitarbeiter
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung der monatlichen anfallenden Prüfarbeiten im Rahmen des internen Kontrollsystems und Qualität Managements
- Beratung der Mitarbeiter via Telefon und E-Mail zu allen HR Themen inkl. Bearbeitung von daraus entstehenden Aufträgen
- Dokumentation der eingehenden Anfragen und Aufträge über ein Auftragsmanagementsystem zur Qualitätssicherung und Audit Konformität
- Mitarbeit an der kontinuierliche Verbesserung der angewendeten Prozesse und Methoden zur effizienten Arbeitsweise und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Mitarbeiter an HR Projekten
- Dokumentation des benötigten Wissens in der entsprechenden Datenbank zum Austausch im Team zur kontinuierlichen Wissenssicherung /-transfer
**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung - idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Sachbearbeiter Entgeltabrechnung
- Fundierte, umfassende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Entgeltabrechnung
- Aktuelle Kenntnisse im Steuer
- und Sozialversicherungs
- und Reisekostenrecht, sowie Basiskenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
- Sorgfältige, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Ausgeprägte Service-, Qualitäts
- und Kundenorientierung gepaart mit guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Analytische Fähigkeiten mit einer Affinität für Zahlen, Genauigkeit
- Eigeninitiative und Innovationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Engagement und Motivation zur Ausgestaltung und Verbesserung des eigenen Arbeitsbereiches
- Aufgaben bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen priorisieren können
- Lernfähigkeit und das Bestreben sich stets fachlich weiterzuentwickeln - Wissenstransfer auch innerhalb des Teams
- Sicherer Umgang mit EC / SAP HCM, mit MS Office und dem Auftragsmanagementsystem
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
