We are looking for an Team Assistant eMobility (f/m/d) to join our E.ON Drive GmbH team.

Tasks
- You support and work closely with the management in the day-to-day business
- You organize and coordinate meetings, conference calls and video conferences
- You are responsible for planning, organizing and billing complex business arrangements
- You prepare information for meetings and create presentations to enable decision-making
- You take responsibility for order processing and invoice verification
- You ensure professional and efficient office organization and administration
- You take care of the On-/Offboarding processes

**Qualifications**:

- You have successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable educational background
- You bring several years of professional experience as a personal assistance with you
- You have a proactive as well as precise and independent way of working
- You are able to identify issues upfront and solve them
- You work transparent and are open to communicate with all internal and external stakeholders
- You work together with the other executive assistants together in a harmonised way and take over/ divide work when necessary (i.e. organizing events, vacations, etc.)
