**Stellenbeschreibung**
Für unser kompetentes Team suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung:
- Portfoliolösungen für den Vertical Market Institutional, Industrial, Commercial sinnvoll und zielgerichtet zusammenstellen und stetig weiterentwickeln
- Aufzeigen von Verbesserungs
- und Ergänzungspotentialen des Produktportfolios und gemeinsam mit dem Produktmanagement weiterentwickeln
- Marketingtools wie Broschüren, Flyer und Kampagnen ausgerichtet auf den Vertical Market gemeinsam mit dem Marketing Communication Expert (m/w/d) erstellen, pflegen und weiterentwickeln
- Kundengruppen und Absatzkanäle für den Vertical Market identifizieren und den Vertrieb bei der Erschließung unterstützen
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen
- Veranstaltungsauftritte ausgerichtet auf Vertical Markets federführend in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb und Produktmanagement gestalten und organisieren
- Durchführung von Fachvorträgen und Schulungen sowie Mitarbeit bei relevanten Verbänden und Interessentsgruppen
**Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen) oder entsprechende Erfahrung in der Baubranche
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Baubranche, vorzugsweise bei der Sika oder einer Tochtergesellschaft
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem ausgewiesenen Produktportfolio
- Kenntnisse des Marktes und der relevanten Normen und Regelwerke
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
- (MS-Office-Applikationen)
