Aufgaben
- Team leadership - lead, mentor and motivate a team of software testers
- Define the test strategy and their implementation for the development of software in the aviation industry, i. e. planning, coordination, and monitoring of the test activities
- Work on the continuous improvement of the testing process
- Have an overview of the current testing status and provide regular updates to the management
- Ensure that the product can be delivered on time in a high quality
- Act as an interface between test engineers, scrum masters and management

Qualifikation
- Completed studies or apprenticeship in a technical field
- Experience in leading a team and working in international software development teams
- Abilities in setting up and configuring automated test tools
- Structured, analytical and goal-oriented way of thinking
- Very good communication skills in English
- German language skills are desirable
