Summary

For the production area "Ground Based Systems" we are looking for a "Team Leader for Commissioning and Service (f/m/d)" at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.

Your Tasks- Technical and disciplinary management of the production area- Further development of employees, also with regard to future requirements- Operational organization of the entire manufacturing area as well as long-term strategic planning of the area's orientation- Active cooperation in ensuring the production program, taking into account the parameters of quality, quantity, deadline and profitability in cross-team coordination with various interface areas (business unit, development, purchasing, quality management)- Support and coordination of service assignments and commissioning at the customer's site- Control of maintenance work and involvement in the conception of predictive maintenance- Making adjustments and rescheduling in the event of short-term deviations and malfunctions- Participate in the design and implementation of methods and systems in the manufacturing area as well as an active continuous improvement process- Sustainable and continuous improvement and further development of production processes and area of responsibility using innovative methods (e.g. Lean Production, Lean Management)- Responsibility for manufacturing quality as well as the implementation of quality assurance measures as well as participation in the definition of quality standards- Responsibility for all HSE topics for the corresponding manufacturing area

Your Profile- Successfully completed technical studies or comparable- First experience in the management of employees- Several years of experience in assembly and qualification as well as design of optronic devices, preferably in the field of military technology- Experience in planning and managing projects in manufacturing as well as implementing process improvements and lean principles- Experience in the design and implementation of improvement processes- Knowledge of precision mechanics, optics and electronics as well as optical and mechanical measurement techniques- Sound knowledge of modern ERP and production systems (SAP)- Independent, structured way of working as well as sense of responsibility for team and people- A high level of commitment, initiative and flexibility- Integration and assertiveness skills as well as good communication skills- Very good knowledge of German and English
