- Als Senior Consultant/ Senior Recruiter (m/w/d) bei Healthbridge sind Sie ein bedeutendes Mitglied unseres Teams und spielen eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Rekrutierung und Platzierung von medizinischem Personal. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Auf
- und Ausbau Ihrer Kundenbeziehungen und Neukundengeschäft
- Eigenverantwortliche 360° Beratung und Betreuung Ihrer Kunden und Bewerber im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess
- Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Kunden und Kandidaten in Ihrem Talentpool
- Führung von Interwies, Auswahl der Kandidaten und Vorstellung beim Kunden
- Individuelle Nutzung zielgruppenorientierter und geeigneter Recruiting-Kanäle
- Beratung von Kunden und Kandidaten in allen Personalfragen
- Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen und Prozesse
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich der Gesundheitswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalvermittlung oder im Gesundheitswesen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Begeisterung für die Arbeit im medizinischen Umfeld und die Motivation, einen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Patientenversorgung zu leisten
