**Was Sie tun werden**

Der Junior Trade Marketer eCommerce ist verantwortlich für die Konzeption und Umsetzung der Aktivierungspläne mit unseren Kunden, den über 13 Onlineapotheken in Deutschland. Das Ziel ist unsere Marken erstrahlen zu lassen und Konsumenten von unseren Apothekenprodukten zu überzeugen. Mit vollem Überblick über die diversen Aktivitäten und Contentupdates, Eigeninitiative und gekonnten Analysen zu den wichtigsten Kampagnen tragen Sie so zu unseren ambitionierten Wachstumszielen bei.
- Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Übertragung der Marketingziele in eine **Aktivierungsstrategie für den Onlineapotheken** **Vertriebskanal** & den Amazon Marktplatz, gemeinsam mit unseren drei Key Accountern
- Verantwortung für die **jährliche Erstellung & fortlaufende Umsetzung** kundenindividueller **eCommerce Werbepläne** in engem Austausch mit unseren Apothekenpartnern
- **Management von Agenturen** zur Erstellung und Bereitstellung digitaler Werbematerialien
- Sicherstellen der **Verfügbarkeit von Content** (Kampagnen & Produkte) für unsere Kunden und Agenturen in enger Abstimmung mit den Kenvue Markenteams
- **Unterstützung funktionsübergreifender Projekte** zwischen Onlineapotheken, Marketing, Media und Agenturen
- **Auswertung von eCommerce Aktivierung & Kampagnen**, Ableiten von Best Practices und Handlungs-/Investitionsempfehlungen
- **Test & Learn** neuer Vermarktungskonzepte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden
- Management des Millionenbudgets gemeinsam mit dem Vertriebsteam und Finance

**Qualifications**:
**Was wir suchen**

Erforderliche Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes **betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium** mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eCommerce
- Erste relevante **Praxiserfahrung in (Trade-)Marketing, eCommerce oder Vertrieb** in der FMCG- oder OTC-Branche
- Ausgezeichnete **analytische Fähigkeiten**, schnelle **Auffassungsgabe **sowie **pragmatische Herangehensweise** auch für komplexe Themenbereiche
- Affinität zu digitalen Trends & **Begeisterung für digitale Markenerlebniswelten**
- Flexible, agile Arbeitsweise & selbständige Organisationskompetenz
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere MS Excel
