**Das werden deine Aufgaben sein**
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und der Umsetzung des Social Media Auftritts zur Gewinnung neuer Mitarbeiter
- Entwicklung und Mitwirkung bei innovativen Projekten, Initiativen, Programmen und Veranstaltungen zur Akquise und zur Förderung von Talenten
- Erstellung und Durchführung eines abgestimmten Programms für alle Neueinstellungen im Digital Hub über alle Senioritätsebenen, Funktionen und Teams hinweg zur Schaffung eines gemeinschaftlichen Digital Mindsets („First Week Onboarding“)
- Aufbau von Communities und Erstellung von Angeboten zum Austausch für die Mitarbeiter
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von personalisierten Digitalen Assets wie zB Visitenkarten, Fotos, Videos,.
- Selbständige Pflege von internen Kommunikationsplattformen, wie Microsoft SharePoint, SAP Workzone, etc.

**Das solltest du mitbringen**
- Studium in den Fachrichtung Marketing, Kommunikation, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaft, Management o.ä.
- Kommunikativer Teamplayer, Gewissenhaftigkeit
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise mit Can-do-Attitude
- Affinität zu Sozialen Medien, Video-Creation, Blogging sowie einem guten IT-Verständnis (OS, Windows)
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, gute konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang in den MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Fließende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Erfahrungen im Bereich: Erste Praktika im Bereich der Kommunikation, Industry, Start-ups, etc.
