**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Production control and planning of baking ingredients production
- Support in the production process in the event of plant malfunctions and participation in optimization processes
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant QM instructions and deviation documentation
- Communication with the technical department in case of commissioning, maintenance and malfunctions
- Monitoring and ensuring hygiene standards
- Assigning personnel for cleaning and inspection work

**Ihr Profil**:

- Completed vocational training ideally as a food technology specialist (M/F/d) or in a profession in the food industry
- High IT affinity and sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Forklift licence, crane licence and aerial work platform licence advantageous
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts
- Language skills according to CEF: German (C1)
