**About the role**:
We're on the hunt for a Head of Tech Consulting to join our amazing Tech team. This is a client-facing role, building relationships with the companies that use our platform, and also representing MVP Match within our own community of talented freelancers.

The Head of Tech Consulting will support sales/pre-sales and screen clients, and show to them the technical expertise we have within the business, as well as helping to run our talent screening process for all the elite freelancers that join our platform. They will also be an ambassador for MVP Match, speaking on behalf of the company and working with our Marketing team to create content for the community and wider media. Ideally, they would also be able to support on the software architecture for our own platform and work with the internal Tech team.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Experience in a management or director-level role within Tech
- Great relationship-building skills, with experience of working with sales teams
- Excellent English and German communication skills
- Great Software Development Understanding
- Software Architecture / Solutions Architecture Knowledge
- Experience in recruiting & screening tech talent as hiring manager / Experience in building tech teams
- Speaker and networking experience

**As a bonus, you'll**:

- Be an Open Source Contributor
- Have Digital Agency/Consultancy/Venture or Product Builder Experience
- Be based in Berlin
- Have Pre-Sales Experience
