**Ihre Aufgabe**:
Als Industry-CTO Retail, Logistics & Services/ Industry Lead Architect repräsentierst Du die T-Systems als starken IT-Provider und Digitalisierungspartner bei unseren Kunden mit Fokus auf die DACH-Region. Hierbei unterstützt Du unsere aktuellen und künftigen Kunden im Bereich IT-Modernisierung & Digitalisierung und bringst die Anforderungen / Herausforderungen im Einklang mit dem Lösungsportfolio einer T-Systems International.

Dazu gehören im Wesentlichen:

- Die technologische Beratung unserer Key Accounts als Account CTO und Trusted Advisor zur Weiterentwicklung und technologische Umsetzung ihrer IT-Strategie, mit dem Ziel unseren Share of Wallet durch Cross
- und Upselling zu erhöhen.
- Unterstützung in komplexer Angebotssituationen als „Chief Solution Architect“ gegenüber dem Kunden.
- Wichtig dabei: Absoluter Kundenfokus - deshalb agierst Du Portfolio-übergreifend, betrachtest den Kunden ganzheitlich und stellst SEINE Herausforderungen und Anforderungen in den Vordergrund:

- Multi
- und Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure (FCI Private Cloud, AWS, MSA, GCP, OTC), insbesondere Private/Public Cloud Migration
- Mainframe Operation, Modernization & Transformation
- SAP (Application Operation on any Cloud, S4/HANA Migration)
- Prozesse / Organisation
- Entwicklung von technologischen Blue Prints für einen taktischen/strategischen Vertriebsangang in vergleichbaren Kundenorganisationen (Unternehmensgröße, Geschäftsmodell, Infrastructure
- & Application Landscape, Herausforderungen & Treiber)
- Unterstützung im Business Development unseres DPM-bezogenen Portfolios (horizontal und vertikal)

**Ihr Profil**:
Für diese spannende und herausfordernde Aufgabe solltest Du idealerweise folgende Voraussetzungen mitbringen:

- Du hast mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der IT-Branche, davon mindestens 5 Jahre im Cloud Umfeld
- Du hast idealerweise bereits als IT- oder Enterprise Architekt gearbeitet.
- Du hast nachweislich sowohl vertriebliche als auch technologische Fähigkeiten unter Beweis gestellt und bist in der Lage große interdisziplinäre Teams zu leiten
- Du hast nachweislich praktische Hands-on Entwicklungs-Erfahrungen in einer der folgenden Cloud Umgebungen gesammelt: GCP, Azure, AWS, OTC
- Du hast nachweislich praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich IT Management / Technologie Beratung in Bezug auf Rechenzentrumskonsolidierung, Outsourcing, Legacy Modernization
- Du hast langjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Hardware, Software und Netzwerke. Du verfügst über Innovationsgeist & Leidenschaft für Produkt
- & Serviceentwicklung.
- Du bist technisch versiert in den Bereichen KI/ML & Data Science und kannst mit Kunden Lösungsmöglichkeiten für die Implementierung und das Hosting von KI/ML Applikationen in Cloud Umgebungen entwickeln
- Du bist ein strategischer Denker mit einem gründlichen Verständnis der Markttrends im Bereich Retail, Logistics & Services, kombiniert mit einer Leidenschaft für tiefgreifend technische und markttechnische Analysen und der Fähigkeit als Autor & Sprecher vor C-Level Führungspersönlichkeiten die T-Systems zu repräsentieren
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Erstellung einer End-to-End-Lösungsarchitektur im Infrastruktur-Kontext
- Kommunikative Stärke und souveränes Auftreten auf allen Ebenen, bis in den Vorstand unserer aktuellen und künftigen Kunden hinein
- Du verfügst über einen Master
- oder Diplomabschluss in Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
