Im Rahmen des Ausbaus intelligenter und nachhaltiger Infrastrukturmanagementsysteme im Hamburger Hafen, plant die HPA u.a. den Einsatz diverser unbemannter Systeme. Dabei sind die Herausforderungen bei der Integration unbemannter Systeme in bemannten und bestehenden Verkehrsinfrastrukturen an Land, zu Wasser oder in der Luft gleichermaßen Komplex wie herausfordernd.
Eine zentrale Rolle für eine sichere und nachhaltigen Integration stellt dabei ein funktionierendes Verkehrsmanagement, sowie die Anbindung an bestehende Verkehrskoordinationsinfrastrukturen dar. Angesichts der hohen Planungs
- und Umsetzungskomplexität von U-Spaces wird das Projekt, basierend auf einem technischen, organisatorischen und prozessualen Grundkonzept, einen Erprobungsluftraum in Hamburg einrichten. Übergeordnetes Ziel des ambitionierten Projekts BLU-Space ist es, die digitale U-Space-Infrastruktur in die reale Umgebung zu integrieren.
Als Betreiber diverser Verkehrsleitstellen im Hamburger Hafen sollen im Rahmen des Vorhabens auch mögliche technische Infrastruktur
- und Betriebsprozessanpassungen untersucht bzw. geschaffen werden. Des Weiteren steht eine detaillierte Untersuchung und Integration von BOS-Interessen im U-Space-Gesamtökosystem, daraus resultierende spezifische Rollen und Pflichten, sowie die Erstellung und Anbindung von Schnittstellen zu bestehenden Verkehrsleitstellen der FHH sowie der Aufbau dafür möglicher benötigter technischer Bodeninfrastrukturen und deren Betriebskonzepte im Fokus des HPA Interesses.
Diese Vakanz ist auf 28 Monate befristet.

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich**:

- Du übernimmst die Projektleitung des Verbundprojekts BLU-Space im Namen der HPA und übernimmst die fachlichen und konzeptionellen Tätigkeiten zur HPA-seitigen Sicherstellung des Verkehrsträger-Integrationsprozess von Drohnen (UAM) im Hafen
- Dein Fokus liegt auf den Organisationen und Betriebsbereiche mit hoheitlichen Mandaten, sowie Bereichen und Organisationen mit vergleichbaren Abhängigkeiten, Regularien und Kausalitäten zu und mit den Behördenstrukturen der FHH
- Du übernimmst das Stakeholdermanagement und stimmst dich mit den HPA internen Projektbeteiligten ab, sowie mit externen nationalen und internationalen Verbundspartnern und Dienstleistern
- Du erstellst Berichte für verschiedene Zielgruppen wie z.B. Zwischenberichte für die HPA-Geschäftsführung, Statusbericht für den Gesamtprojektleiter, Abschlussbericht für den Projektträger
- Du bist für die Koordination mit dem Projektträger zuständig und übernimmst in diesem Zuge auch das Projektcontrolling
- Du wirkst im Produktumfeld Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) mit zum Aufbau eines sicheren und flächendeckenden Drohnenservice im Hafen
- Du unterstützt das DaaS Projekt, wie beispielsweise bei der Sicherstellung des täglichen Betriebs
- Du wirkst im Rahmen der Serviceerbringung gemäß Kundenauftrag mit und erstellst Dokumentationen bei Betriebseinführungen

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschafts
- oder Ingenieurwissenschaft, Naturwissenschaft oder äquivalentes Studium
- Du besitzt die Drohnenführerscheine A1, A3 & A2
- Du bringst Kenntnisse im Bereich der UAM Regulierung mit, speziell des Verkehrskoordinationssystems U-Space
- Du hast mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Berater bzw. Beraterin und Projektleiter bzw. Projektleiterin im Digitalisierungsbereich, mit nachweislichen Projekterfolgen von Technologieeinführungen und digitalen Transformationen in großen Unternehmen, idealerweise im maritimen Umfeld oder Luftfahrt-Ressort
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung und ein umfangreiches fachliches Wissen als Projektleiter bzw. Projektleiterin in den Bereichen UAM, mobile Sensorik, Automatisierungstechnologien und oder Verkehrs koordinativer Betriebseinheiten mit
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sowie Sensibilität für das politische Umfeld des Hafens auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene
- Dein Profil wird von deinem analytischen Denkvermögen, deiner Teamfähigkeit und deiner sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit abgerundet
