**Job Description** Reporting to the Senior Payments Manager, Omio is looking for a Junior Payments & Fraud Specialist to assist the team in operational and analytical duties according to business requirements.**

**These are the main responsibilities**
- Responsible for data entry and analysis on conversion rates and costs
- Oversee PSP settlements and assist Senior Payments Manager in reconciliations
- Assist with payments cost and FX fee reconciliation
- Generate reports and visualisations detailing cost/fx balancing outcomes, discrepancies, and prevention efforts
- Identify and investigate data irregularities, ensuring they are reported to the Senior Managers in a timely manner
- Support Payments & Fraud Senior Managers with daily ad-hoc requests
- Organise the operational part of chargebacks and all disputes received via different channels to ensure the quality and integrity of data received
- Responsible to independently query the payments and fraud-related data from internal data warehouse to conduct proper analysis and reports as requested by the Managers
