**Duties**:

- Serves as the focal point of online marketing.
- Ensures that all content displayed is up-to-date, accurate, accessible, and conforms to higher command level and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluates user requirements and advises on design capabilities and maintenance responsibilities. Assists in the production of marketing plans, graphics and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- 1. Practical knowledge of website maintenance and 1-3 years experience in marketing.
- 2. Must possess organizational skills and be able to work quickly in a web-based environment.
- 3. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment under pressure to meet project deadlines and specific tasks.
- Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign) is preferred as well as specialized education obtained in course work related to marketing, interactive communications or another related field (such as web and digital design).
- **Best Qualified Criteria**
1. Possesses a minimum of 1 year work experience (paid or unpaid) which demonstrates knowledge of editorial
- design.
- 2. Possesses a minimum of 1 year work experience (paid or unpaid) in web based digital design and content
- management.

**PCS Costs**
- Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.

**Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials**
- Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. **_If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay._** Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). - Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.

**Foreign Overseas Allowances**
- Allowances, differentials, or incentives will not be paid.
- Post allowance may be paid in accordance with the Department of States Standardized Regulations (DSSR), contingent upon eligibility.
