Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und steuere als Head of Information Security Office die Informationssicherheit und die strategische IT Security für die Gesellschaften der ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE.

Das Information Security Office ist verantwortlich für die Information Security Policies und wichtige Prozesse für Informationssicherheit der ProSiebenSat.1 Gruppe, steuert das Security Risk-Management und ist beratend in allen Security fragen tätig. Dazu stehen wir in regelmäßigem Kontakt mit allen Mehrheitsbeteiligungen. Mit regelmäßigen Security Assessments prüfen wir den Reifegrad der Informations
- und IT Security der verbundenen Unternehmen. Die Durchführung von Awareness Kampagnen sowie regelmäßiger Penetration-Tests sind ein weiterer wichtiger Teil unserer Aufgaben. Bei schweren Sicherheitsvorfällen übernehmen wir die Koordination und das Incident Management.

In dieser Rolle lebst du unser hybrides Modell **„Flexibel“ **. Du wirst ein bis zwei feste oder flexible Tage vor Ort arbeiten, an den anderen Tagen kannst du remote arbeiten. Alle Infos erhältst du hier.

**Das erwartet dich bei uns**:

- Als Leiter des Information Security Office innerhalb von ProSiebenSat.1 Tech Solutions bist du disziplinarisch verantwortlich für die Motivation der Mitarbeiter, die Gewinnung neuer Mitarbeiter und die Budgetplanung der Abteilung. Darüber hinaus repräsentierst du dein Team in den Führungsgremien von ProSiebenSat.1 Tech Solutions
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Security Policies und Guidelines der P7S1-Gruppe. Du pflegst die entsprechenden Richtlinien und passt sie bei Bedarf an
- Du koordinierst die Security Audits bei den verbundenen Unternehmen und hältst die Umsetzung der geforderten Aufgaben nach
- Du planst mit deinem Team regelmäßige Security Awareness Kampagnen sowie Penetration Tests
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Security Riskmanagement der Gruppe. Mit deinem Team führst du regelmäßig Business Impact und Risiko-Analysen durch und leitest daraus Maßnahmen ab, um das Unternehmen effizient zu schützen
- Im Falle von Security Vorfällen bist du erster Ansprechpartner in der Gruppe. Du kennst die Informationskanäle, informierst entsprechend und koordinierst die Abarbeitung des Vorfalls

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich Information und/ oder IT Sicherheit und weißt sowohl technische als auch organisatorische Schutzmaßnahmen risiko
- und bedarfsorientiert anzuwenden
- Du hast Erfahrung mit einschlägigen Standards der Informationssicherheit, vor allem der ISO 27001
- Du kennst dich mit IT Infrastrukturen und deren Architekturprinzipien aus
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich Risikomanagement, Compliance und Governance
- Ein kooperativer, team
- und lösungsorientierter Führungs
- und Arbeitsstil, gehört ebenso zu deinem Profil, wie ein überzeugendes Auftreten als Vertreter unseres Fachbereiches innerhalb unseres Konzerns und gegenüber von externen Dienstleistern
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
