**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Optimierung des Kommunikationsflusses über bestehende und neue Kanäle (Intranet, Mitarbeiter-App, interne Zeitschrift und Veranstaltungen) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Divisionen und Konzernfunktionen
- Koordination und Durchführung der damit verbundenen Aktivitäten und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen (Redaktionssitzungen bis hin zu Artikeln, Interviews etc. für Print
- und Online-Kanäle)
- Herausgabe von internen Magazinen (Print und Digital)
- Förderung einer abgestimmten Kommunikation von der Geschäftsführung bis zur Produktion
- Verbesserung und Dokumentation bestehender und neuer Arbeitsprozesse
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Kommunikation
- Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation, Marketing oder PR
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Französisch, Polnisch oder Flämisch von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Veröffentlichung von Mitarbeitermagazinen oder Ähnliches
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere im Schreiben und Redigieren von Texten
- Professioneller Umgang mit allen gängigen MS-Office-Programmen sowie Erfahrung mit Online-Tools
- Strukturiertes Arbeiten und Organisationstalent
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Engagement sowie eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft
