Wir suchen einen dynamischen und vielseitigen Communications Officer (m/w/d) für eine Schwangerschaftsvertretung. In dieser Funktion sind Sie maßgeblich für interne und externe Kommunikationsaktivitäten in Deutschland und unterstützend weltweit für den Geschäftsbereich Global Power von Tractebel verantwortlich. Sie arbeiten hierbei eng mit dem Global Head of Communications und dem CEO von Tractebel Engineering GmbH zusammen.

**IHR TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH**:

- Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Team um Kommunikationen entsprechend der Vorgaben von Tractebel zu veröffentlichen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungsleitern um wichtige Erfolge und Neuigkeiten intern und extern zu kommunizieren
- Einführung globaler Kommunikationsinitiativen auf Deutschlandebene und Anpassung der Inhalte an unsere lokalen Anforderungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit HR um Mitarbeiterengagement und Unternehmenskultur transparent und erfolgreich zu gestalten
- Planung und Durchführung unternehmensweiter Veranstaltungen (Town Halls, Webinare, Mitarbeiterpartys und Jobmessen)
- Verwalten Sie die deutsche Version der globalen Website von Tractebel
- Förderung der Social-Media-Präsenz durch Erstellung von Inhalten mit Bezug zum Geschäftsbereich Global Power und Tractebel in Deutschland - motivieren Sie unsere Mitarbeiter gemeinsam aktiver zu werden auf Social-Media-Plattformen Unterstützung bei der Organisation externer Veranstaltungen wie Messen und Konferenzen**UNSER ANGEBOT**

**IHR PROFIL**

Die folgenden Qualifikationen und Eigenschaften machen Sie zur Idealbesetzung:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in Kommunikation, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Journalismus, Marketing oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Schrift und Sprache
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Kommunikation.
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit, zum kritischen Denken und zur Problemlösung
- enntnisse in Grafikdesign sind erwünscht (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) Fähigkeit zur professionellen Kommunikation und Koordination mit Teammitgliedern, leitenden Angestellten und anderen wichtigen Interessengruppen**DAS KLINGT INTERESSANT FÜR SIE?**
