**Übersicht und Team**

Das DWS Global Trading Team ist in erster Linie für den Handelsprozess als Schlüsselkomponente bei der Umsetzung von Anlageentscheidungen verantwortlich. Das Team ist an drei Standorten tätig: EMEA, USA und APAC.

Für die Region EMEA suchen wir einen Trader, der das FI/Credit-Team mit Sitz in Frankfurt unterstützt. Das Credit-Trading-Team konzentriert sich auf den weltweiten Handel von Fixed Income Produkten, darunter Unternehmensanleihen, Kreditderivate und strukturierte Produkte.

**Aufgaben**
- Verhandeln und Ausführen von Trades und Trading Strategien im gesamten Fixed Income Universum (über Low-Touch
- und High-Touch-Kanäle)
- Erzielen Sie die bestmögliche Handelsausführung im Rahmen der regulatorischen Anforderungen und internen Vorgaben
- Unterstützen Sie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Plattform in Effizienzinitiativen auf Grundlage datenbasierter Analysen
- Unsere Automatisierungsstrategien und Handelsprotokolle weiterentwickeln, neu kalibrieren und steuern
- Spielen Sie eine wesentliche Rolle in unserem Handelsprozess und schaffen Sie einen Mehrwert. Sie erreichen dies, indem Sie Markt
- und Marktmikrostrukturkenntnisse und deren Daten nutzen, diese analytisch aufarbeiten und in die Entscheidungsprozesse einfließen lassen.
- Bauen Sie partnerschaftliche Beziehungen mit allen internen Stakeholdern auf: Investmentteams, Support
- und Kontrollfunktionen (Portfoliomanagement, Betrieb, Technologie, Compliance, Risiko und Audit).
- Beziehungen zu externen Kontrahenten und Vendoren aufbauen und pflegen (Investmentbanken, Anbieter von Handelsplattformen)

**Anforderungen**
- Hochschulabschluss in einem Bereich mit Bezug zu Finanzen/Mathematik/Statistik/Informatik
- Gute Kenntnisse der Finanzprodukte im Fixed Income Universum und ein gutes Verständnis der jeweiligen Marktdynamik und -strukturen
- Starke Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung mit Schwerpunkt auf quantitativer Analyse und Technologie
- Fundierte Programmierkenntnisse, idealerweise in Python, SQL und Javascript
- Interesse an der Analyse und Bereinigung von Daten, der Gewinnung von Erkenntnissen aus großen Datensätzen und der Datenvisualisierung
- Hohes Maß an Initiative und Neugier
- Hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld und Stressresilienz
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie soziale Kompetenz
- Erfahrung mit Handelssystemen, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess und BRS Aladdin ist von Vorteil
