Deine Region befindet sich im südöstlichen Teil von Deutschland. Daher wäre dein wünschenswerter Wohnort in Nürnberg, Stuttgart, München und Umgebung. So kannst du eine erfolgreiche Betreuung deiner Region gewährleisten.
Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Retail Stores und die Regional Manager in allen personellen, arbeits
- und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten
- Du bist verantwortlich für sämtliche HR-Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung aller rechtlichen, wirtschaftlichen, sozialen und organisatorischen Aspekte für unsere Stores
- Du bist zuständig für die Umsetzung der HR-Strategie innerhalb der Stores
- Du unterstützt bei den Themen wie z.B. der Personalentwicklung, Förderung von Leistungsträgern, Nachfolgeplanung und Karriereentwicklung für Store Mitarbeiter
- Du bist zuständig für die bedarfsabhängigen Store-Visits in deiner Region
- Du führst Mitarbeitergespräche
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Betriebsrat zusammen und erarbeitest und verhandelst Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Du übernimmst Sonderprojekten und bist Teil der zentralen Task Forces (Retail Portfolio Management)
Das solltest du mitbringen
- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im HR Bereich
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits
- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht und hast bereits mit Betriebsräten zusammengearbeitet
- Du hast gute SAP-HCM Anwenderkenntnisse oder bist in der Lage schnell und sicher in unsere Systeme eingearbeitet zu werden
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, serviceorientiert und durchsetzungsstark
- Du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du zeigst eine hohe Reisebereitschaft
