**Ihre Tätigkeiten**:
- Beratung von Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter des Betreuungsbereichs Operations
- Mitwirkung bei Projekten im HR-Bereich bzw. Projektleitung
- Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Führung der internationalen Operations-Standorte
- Verantwortung für die Personalrekrutierung von der Formulierung der Stellenausschreibungen, über die Bewerberverwaltung und das Führen von Bewerberinterviews bis hin zu den Verhandlungen und der Formulierung von Arbeitsverträgen
- Erstellung von Zeugnissen und weitere Dokumente mit arbeitsrechtlicher Relevanz, wie z.B. Abmahnungen und Aufhebungsvereinbarungen
- Gestaltung einer konstruktiven und vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Rechtswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personalarbeit im Bereich Operations/Produktion, vor allem in der Personalbeschaffung und -betreuung
- Sichere Kenntnisse im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht, Kenntnisse im Tarifrecht der Metall
- und Elektroindustrie erforderlich
- Erfahrung in der Organisationsentwicklung und strategischer HR Arbeit und/oder Personalentwicklung wünschenswert
- Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
- Sichere Handhabung der gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
