Offgrid Mindful Cabins GmbH is an early-stage nature travel, hospitality, sustainable and design start-up. We are fuelled by passion for mindfulness, nature, storytelling, and unique design experiences. We design, manufacture and operate cabins (tiny houses) that promote mental wellness, mindfulness and unforgettable memories in the heart of nature. Tasks

**JOB INTRO**:
Offgrid is currently seeking a motivated and talented Working Student - Architecture to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a student currently pursuing a degree in architecture to gain practical experience and enhance their skills in a real-world setting.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?
- Assist in the development of architectural designs, from concept to construction drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and sustainable cabin designs that meet client requirements.
- Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices to inform design decisions.
- Support the preparation of presentations, including 3D renderings and visualizations, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in site visits and surveys to gather information for design development and construction documentation.
- Contribute to the preparation of construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Assist in the coordination with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the project management team in monitoring project progress and ensuring timelines are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in sustainable design.

**Requirements**:
**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Architecture or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software.
- Strong visualization and graphic skills, with the ability to create 3D renderings and visualizations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Passionate about sustainable design and committed to creating environmentally friendly solutions.
