Junior Global Marketing Project Coordinator (f/m/d) - 230229

**About the Role**:We are looking for a Global Marketing Project Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our Technical Fabrics Marketing Communications team. In this role, you will manage key functional projects and support the development and implementation of marketing content to ensure a consistent and winning presentation of existing and new technologies in our global markets.

This position will be located at our facility in Putzbrunn, near Munich, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs*.

This is a temporary contract for 24 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage marketing projects and programs, including all aspects of planning, coordination and execution that help increase brand awareness in the market and ensure delivery of content to relevant audiences
- Collaborating closely with fellow MarCom Specialists across businesses and regions
- Identify, assemble, and coordinate requirements for functional projects in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (strategic marketing, product specialists, field sales, integrated marketing communications and brand associates)
- Manage agencies, external suppliers and vendors for delivery and execution
- Closely align project scope and timing across all business units and regions to identify and leverage synergies and ensure a consistent and holistic approach for new and existing technologies across regions
- Define clear processes and guidelines for asset management and delivery to customers and lead their implementation across functions and global teams (sales and marketing)
- Support the digital marketing team in the further development of our global digital strategy and the optimization of internal and external processes
- Measure success with the help and consideration of relevant KPIs

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or business studies
- Preferably first experience with content management systems & online marketing systems
- Early experience in a technical-oriented or innovative environment
- Business acumen and ability to translate business objectives to integrated marketing communications objectives and omni-channel marketing programs, including financial and strategic integration
- Proven ability to organize workflow, prioritize and execute projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead multiple agencies and freelancers
- Capability of working on several projects in parallel across different business categories, regions, and teams
- Excellent analytical and influencing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably one other language
