Übersicht:
Reporting to Managing Director and the HR Manager, the Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of HR department including staff administration, recruiting and hiring staff, administering new hire orientation and onboarding and enforcing company policies and practices.

Verantwortungsbereiche:

- Conduct the training & development cycle including, Identifying Training Needs, Developing Training Programs, Coordinating Training Sessions, Facilitating Training, Tracking and Evaluating Training Effectiveness, conducting Employee Development Plans, Working with External Training Providers, Budgeting for Training Programs among others.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with benefits administration.
- Support local staff administration and medical examination planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data for trends and improvements
- Address employee concerns and grievances confidentially
- Assist in planning team-building activities and company events
- Additional Support
- Handle employment-related inquiries and support other HR projects as needed.

Qualifikationen:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years related experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
- Knowledge of German employment law & regulations, recruiting practices, and selection procedures
- Experience with HR systems including HRIS, applicant tracking, and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
