Les équipes de Natixis IM travaillent en partenariat avec leurs clients - investisseurs institutionnels, fonds d’investissement, entreprises et particuliers - afin de comprendre leurs besoins spécifiques et de leur fournir des informations et des solutions d'investissement adaptées à leurs objectifs à long terme.
Grâce à l’approche multi-boutique de Natixis IM, les clients peuvent ainsi bénéficier de la réflexion et de l’expertise d’une vingtaine de sociétés de gestion active.
Natixis Investment Managers International (Natixis IMI) est la principale société de gestion de Natixis IM en Europe. Elle réunit 3 activités:
- Les activités de distribution en France de l’offre en gestion d’actifs de Natixis IM ;
- Le pôle de gestion « Solutions » qui a vocation à proposer des offres innovantes et à forte valeur ajoutée, construites principalement à partir des expertises de gestion des différents affiliés de Natixis IM ;
- Une plateforme de centres d’expertises (fonctions support) au service des activités de distribution et des affiliés.
Natixis IMI poursuit son développement et renforce sa présence en France et à l’international, en s’appuyant sur l’expertise de ses équipes et sur le modèle multi-affiliés de Natixis IM.

**Poste et missions**:
- Vous rejoignez notre équipe qui recherche un **Assistant Funds Research**, pour une alternance **de 1 an **à partir de **septembre 2024**.
Au sein de Natixis IM Solutions, vous intégrerez plus particulièrement l’équipe Funds Research en charge de l’identification, l’analyse, la sélection et le suivi de stratégies d’investissement Multi classes d’actifs répondant aux besoins des différentes équipes de Solutions, selon des critères financiers et extra-financiers (ISR).
- En collaboration avec votre tuteur, vos missions principales seront:
- Assister l’équipe dans la relation avec les gérants analysés pour juger de leur qualité financière et extra-financière (support sur les calls et autres meetings) ;
- Développement et amélioration d’outils d’analyse/suivi de fonds et de marchés (utilisation de Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, VBA, Factset, bases de données ESG et Climat) ;
- Réalisation de travaux de recherche et de screening quantitatifs ;
- Assister l’équipe dans la production et le développement d’indicateurs de risque et de performance des fonds analysés ;
- Création et production de support d’analyse et de reportings ;
- Maintien de la documentation relative à l’offre et au services fournis par l’équipe.

Étudiant de niveau Bac+5, vous préparez un diplôme (universitaire, d’école de commerce ou d’école d’ingénieur), avec une spécialisation en Finance/ Gestion D'actifs/ Mathématiques Financières/ Gestion des Risques.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des instruments financiers et des différentes classes d'actifs.
Vous avez obligatoirement de solides connaissances de VBA.
Vous êtes curieux, polyvalent et rigoureux.
Vous avez également la capacité à travailler en équipe avec une dimension internationale.
