**Head of PMO for Space Exploration and Transformation (d/f/m)**:
**Your location**:

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Leading the PMO and Cross-Program Management team for the Space Exploration program unit
- Define, harmonize and implement best practices to improve cross-program processes
- Ensuring Space Exploration programs and projects are well supported with empowered PMO teams running the operational backbone
- Responsibility for risk and opportunity management as well as performance monitoring
- Lead team of digitalization experts for Space Exploration program unit
- Driving Space Exploration digitalization efforts in the development of new digital services and business models
- Defining and driving transformation and improvement projects

**Desired skills and qualifications**:

- Educated to degree level in Engineering and Business Administration or similar
- Experience along the value chain of programs and projects including design, engineering and procurement
- Proven experience in transformation programs and leading improvement initiatives
- Experience in projects on both sides of the table as project leader and as a PMO
- Leadership experience is appreciated
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work across functions and to influence and persuade senior stakeholders
- Business fluent in German and English
