Als Legal Counsel(all genders) bist du für die Next Big Thing AG und alle ihre verbundenen Unternehmen in sämtlichen Rechtsfragen verantwortlich:

**Dein Wirkungsfeld / Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du unterstützt die rechtliche Validierung von Geschäftsideen im Rahmen unseres Visionaries.Programmes
- Betreue die NBT bei der Gründung ihrer Ventures in rechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Verantworte die ganzheitliche, rechtliche Betreuung der NBT und ihrer verbundenen Unternehmen im Tagesgeschäft in den verschiedensten zivilrechtlichen Bereichen, unter anderem bei gesellschafts-, schuld-, arbeits
- IT- und urheberrechtliche Fragestellungen sowie bei der Vertragserstellung, -prüfung und -verhandlung) sowie bei der Begleitung von Finanzierungsrunden
- Koordiniere die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien und Datenschutzbeauftragte

Damit erreichen wir unsere gemeinsamen Ziele / Das bringst du mit:

- Als Volljurist: in kannst auf eine überdurchschnittliche Examina zurückgreifen
- Du bringst vertiefte Kenntnisse / Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Gesellschaftsrecht und Venture Capital gepaart mit erster Berufserfahrung kannst Du schon vorweisen
- Idealerweise hast du durch dein Schwerpunkt-Studium oder durch vorherige Nebentätigkeiten Kenntnisse in einem anderen für uns relevanten Rechtsgebiet sammeln können
- Du hast Interesse an der Start-up
- / Venture-Capital-Szene und hast eine hands-on Mentalität
- Deine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, strukturiert und analytisch
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und überzeugst deine Stakeholder mit fließenden Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
