- WHAT YOU WILL DO- As an expert (M/F/d) for CRM, you analyze the data in the CRM system and other systems and ensure a continuously high data quality
- Through your overview of all customer-related data and the creation of regular reports as well as project-related analyses, you derive well-founded recommendations for action for projects and the strategic orientation and advise the various stakeholders
- You check and optimize the expansion of CRM reporting as well as a corresponding data architecture
- You lead workshops with CRM users to optimize data preparation and input
- You are responsible for the continuous further development of the CRM system by integrating relevant data, information and the regular exchange with key users in accordance with the strategic alignment
- You support market research studies and customer surveys
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- You have a university degree in economics or business administration
- You have already gained several years of professional experience and have learned how to work with databases and various CRM systems (especially Salesforce) as well as complex data analysis
- You are interested in complex interrelationships and have excellent analytical skills
- You convince with your presentation and communication skills, you use your very good German and English skills confidently in your daily business life
