Technical BA / Product Owner (m/w/d)

**Was macht ein erfolgreicher Technical BA/Product Owner (m/w/d)?**

Als Senior Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen den Business Stakeholdern und den agilen Softwareentwicklungsteams. Hierfür analysieren Sie die Anforderungen zu den bestehenden Web Applikationen, bereiten Features/Stories vor, und priorisieren das Produkt
- und Sprint Backlog entsprechend. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Mitgliedern der Scrum-Teams zusammen, um ein gemeinsames Verständnis der Anforderungen zu schaffen, die Entwicklung voranzutreiben, und die Qualität der Ergebnisse sicherzustellen. Dabei halten Sie erfolgreich die Balance zwischen Produktinnovation und der Einhaltung von hohen Sicherheitsstandards der Anwendungen, und präsentieren die Ergebnisse den Business Stakeholdern.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Erhebung von Business-, Security
- und Compliance-Anforderungen und Erstellung detaillierter Anforderungsbeschreibungen als Features und Stories
- Vorbereitung, Planung, und Management der Product Increments (PI), sowie Präsentation des PI-Plans und der Ergebnisse
- Erstellung und Pflege von Roadmaps und Priorisierung der Produkt
- und Sprint-Backlogs
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Scrum-Teams, um die rechtzeitige Lieferung hochwertiger Software sicherzustellen
- Unterstützung der Release, Change, und Incident Management Prozesse

**Was Sie mitbringen sollten**
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium und/oder mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Technischer Business Analyst, Product Owner, Projektleiter, oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und sichere Anwendung von Anforderungs
- und Projektmanagement Tools und Techniken
- Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Methoden und Techniken
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, sowie selbstständiges ziel
- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse von Software-Entwicklungsprozessen
- Sehr gute Deutsch (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

**Worüber wir uns freuen würden**
- SAFe oder Product Owner Zertifizierung
- Erfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche und Zahlungsverkehr
