Internship HR Operations

**Job Description**:
**Your mission during this flight**:
The internship provides you with an understanding and first experience regarding all tasks within an HR department along the employee life cycle. You will support the Employee Experience team regarding all onboarding topics, employee requests and project management tool updates:

- You support People & Organization Specialists in conducting onboarding coordination, communication, and administration tasks.
- You assist in data maintenance in the HRIS system.
- You respond to new employee queries (primarily regarding onboarding, with further experience also regarding more complex requests).
- You take part in projects related to employee onboarding, HRIS management and process improvements.

**Qualifications**:
**Check in your professional skills**:

- Studies in business administration, business psychology, communication, or comparable.
- Confident handling of MS Office, and ideally experience with Jira or any other project management tool.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Creative in quickly developing approaches to problems and recommending actions to the involved people.
- Good written and oral skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
