Abteilungspezifisch:

- Führung und Betreuung der Abteilungen Finance, Einkauf und EDV
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem regionalen Finanzdirektor Deutschland sicherstellen, dass alle Corporate Office sowie lokalen und gesetzlichen Buchungsanforderungen/Voraussetzungen eingehalten werden
- Einführung und Kontrolle von allen notwendigen internen Prozeduren zur Einhaltung der Buchhaltungsstandards sowie Vorschriften des Management Agreement
- Erstellung und Auswertung von sämtlichen Finanzberichten des Hotels unter anderem Monatsabschlüsse, Jahresabschlüsse, Forecast und Budget nach USALI und HGB
- Verantwortung für das Cash Management
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem anderen Abteilungsleiter für die Herstellung von monatlichen Forecasts sowie dem jährlichen Businessplan
- Sicherstellen, dass die monatlichen Inventuren akkurat durchgeführt werden
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Shared Service Center in allen täglichen Belangen der Buchhaltung und der Monatsabschlüsse
- Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Meetings mit den Eigentümer für die Auswertung der Hotelergebnisse

Administrativ:

- Einhaltung von Fristen und Terminen, sicheres Verständnis und Ablage aller rechtlich und/oder finanziell relevanten Dokumente sowie Verträge und Bewilligungen, in Absprache mit dem Generaldirektor und dem regionalen Finanzdirektor
- Administration aller Hyatt
- und hotelspezifischen Versicherungsangelegenheiten mit den zuständigen lokalen Versicherungsagenten und -makler

Personalangelegenheiten & Training:

- Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter in Zusammenarbeit mit der Personalabteilung
- Erstellung von regelmäßigen Mitarbeiterbeurteilungen
- Erkennung von Schulungsbedarf und Durchführung entsprechender Abteilungsschulungen

**Qualifications**:

- Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in einer internationalen Konzernhotellerie
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Professionelles Auftreten und erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Bereich Finance
- Wünschenswert: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Unternehmerisches und analytisches Denkvermögen zeichnen Dich ebenso aus wie Dein pragmatischer Ansatz und Deine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen, Daten und Fakten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Microsoft Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
