Ihre Aufgaben

Als Head of Financial Controlling Mobile (w/m/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung und Entwicklung des Financial Controlling-Team Mobile. Sie spielen eine Schlüsselrolle bei der strategischen Planung, der Finanzanalyse und der Berichterstattung, um die finanzielle Gesundheit und das Wachstum unseres Unternehmens sicherzustellen.
- Leitung und Entwicklung des Controlling-Teams Mobile
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Controlling-Strategien und -Prozessen
- Überwachung und Analyse finanzieller Daten zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
- Erstellung und Präsentation regelmäßiger Finanzberichte für das Management
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um finanzielle Ziele zu erreichen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Finanzvorschriften und -standards
- Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Implementierung von Best Practices im Finanzbereich

Das wünschen wir uns
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Finanzcontrolling, idealerweise in einer Führungsposition mit bis zu 10 Teammitgliedern
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Finanzberichterstattung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in IFRS 15
- Starke Führungskompetenzen und Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in SAP und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzinformationen verständlich auf Managementebene zu präsentieren
