**YOUR TASKS**
- Entwickeln von Funktionssystemen von der Angebotsbearbeitung bis zur Anlaufbetreuung gemäß den Qualitäts-,
Kosten
- und Terminzielen und Optimieren der Prozesskette Time to Market, um den SOP für den Kunden einzuhalten.
- Aufbau und Betreuung eines globalen Systems Engineering Teams, das sowohl für die Systemauslegung als auch für die technische Projektkoordination verantwortlich ist
- Dabei verantworten Sie Einsatz, Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
- Sie führen die Kapazitätsplanung für Ihre Abteilung entsprechend Projekt
- und Kundenanforderungen durch
- Abstimmen von Vereinbarungen zu QKTSZ im Projektteam sowie Sicherstellen der Zielerreichung im Entwicklungsprozess (Entwicklungs
- u. Fertigungsprozess) mit Hilfe von Controlling-Instrumenten, um
Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen und abzustellen
- Sie optimieren unsere Entwicklungsprozesse in Abstimmung mit den Vorgesetzten und beteiligten Bereichen; neue Entwicklungsmethoden werden durch Sie geprüft

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Sie haben Ihr Studium (Diplom/ Master) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Feinwerktechnik oder Kunststofftechnik erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen über mehrjährigere einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Systems Engineering sowie im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit gehören zu Ihren Stärken
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus
