**Web3 Architect**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Happily expand your knowledge about Web3, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technology
- Analyze market and client needs to develop Web3-based products
- Organize, design, and participate in workshops for teaching cryptographic, Web3-related, and software concepts (ie teaching university coursework)
- Learn voraciously about topics like IoT, programming, business models and their process or game theory
- Communicate with clients and partners (presentations, interviews, informal meetings, etc.) to drive the development of Web3-focussed products
- Guide development teams’ efforts through sprint meetings, planning, and Jira issue tracking

**Your Qualifications**:

- Substantial knowledge of at least one programming language. ie (Javascript, Java, Python)
- Ability to understand what code does by looking at it
- Presentation skillsMarkdown or Latex is for you trivial
- English and German languages (written and spoken)
- Practical experience with current tooling for Web3 development or current tooling for SSI development
- Some kind of engineering background (Not necessarily a computer science degree)

**Your Interests / Experiences**:

- Demonstrated interest in Web3 technology
- Exposure to a smart contract programming language
- Interest in cryptographic protocols, IT security, and privacy
- Having worked with other people
- Project management experience is a big plus
