- Summary:_
We are looking for an excellent communicator with an eye for detail, strong abstraction skills, and a customer-first mindset for serving the UA community. You are good at networking with a wide variety of internal stakeholders (Translation, UX, Quality, Legal, Talent Acquisition) and fostering working relationships in a fast-evolving environment.
- The role:_

**What you bring**:

- A degree in Technical Communication, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English (and ideally German), with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary, particularly in software terminology
- Professional experience leading projects, managing complex processes, and providing services with excellence and a focus on quality
- Strong organizational and communication skills, able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
- A cooperative mindset to help you thrive in a dynamic team environment
- Interest in AI and other innovative technologies

Within UA CSI, the UA Guidance and Content Processes team is a family of quirky colleagues with a diverse skill set, taking care of many aspects within and for our UA community.
