**The Sales Job Family** implements and delivers sales revenue to the organization. Tasked with developing sales strategy, design and implementation of sales initiatives, target programs and processes, sales develop both new accounts and expands existing accounts.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities through market research, cold-calling, and networking.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conducting product or service presentations and demonstrations
- Negotiating sales agreements and contracts
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to stay competitive and provide accurate information to customers and partners.
