With more than 200 clients worldwide and famous brands such as AXA, DATEV, and Generali placing their trust in our solutions, we are striving to become the best software provider for mobile data capture and extraction.

In the Recruiting team, you will help us scale up and build a great, diverse team of international professionals. You will be responsible for internships and working student positions in the areas of Software Development, Design, Growth, Sales, Customer Success Management and Marketing. You will also support us by planning, organizing, and implementing a wide range of projects.

Do you want to proactively contribute your ideas to the team, recruit new talents for our team, and develop yourself with a steep learning curve? We are looking forward to welcoming you to our office in Bonn for a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- You conduct interviews and supervise the onboarding of our new employees.
- Designing creative job descriptions in cooperation with the team and publishing them on various social media platforms and job portals.
- Organizing and participating in career events and expanding university collaborations.
- Supporting the Recruiting team in day-to-day operations as well as collaborating on projects.

We have given a lot of thought to the requirements that must be met for this position. In any case, this is what you should bring with you:

- You are studying business administration, business psychology, or comparable courses of study - ideally with a focus on human resources.
- Ideally, you can support us three days a week (15 to 20 hours and more during semester breaks).
- Fluent in German and English (other language skills are a plus).
- Absolute hands-on mentality. You know how to get the job done, are empathetic, and are a good team player.
- You have a confident demeanor and a talent for efficiently structured work and multitasking.
