Du bist in unserem „**Creative and Production**“ Team für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:

- Ideenfindung und Konzeption von Kampagnen und Content-Ideen über verschiedene Kanäle im Digitalbereich
- Kreative Umsetzung von innovativen Kommunikationskonzepten, z. B.- Entwicklung von Look & Feel** **für **Bewegtbildformate**:

- Erstellung von **Moodboards **und **Storyboards**:

- ** Illustration **und **Animation **von Erklär-, Produkt
- oder Imagevideos
- ** Schnitt **und **Postproduction**, inklusive **Color Grading** und **Sounddesign**:

- Entwicklung von Brand Guidelines & Styleguides
- Gestaltung von **Illustrationen **und **Infografiken**:

- Gestaltung von **Logos **und **Keyvisuals**:

- Gestaltung von Präsentationen und Unterstützung bei Pitches
- Herleitung und Präsentation deiner Ideen in internen Meetings und Kundenterminen
- Anleitung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von jüngeren Kollegen & Junioren

**Qualifications**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Kommunikations
- oder Mediendesign und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in Content und Kampagnen-Kreation
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Marken, Bildsprache und Storytelling
- Du hinterfragst Briefings kritisch und behältst dabei die Ziele der Kunden im Blick
- Sehr guter Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud (insbesondere Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Cinema 4D oder Figma, sowie Zeichenskills sind ein Plus
- Eigenverantwortliche, selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
