**What You’ll Do**:

- You build the vision of Finance processes at Emma to create the most seamless and effortless finance experience
- You take ownership for the implementation of these new processes in a fast and agile manner
- You are responsible for building up the team and establishing a structured approach for continuous improvement in Finance processes
- You connect closely to your main stakeholders in the Finance organization, uncover pain points and bottlenecks
- You ensure that the team progress is tracked and communicated to others and are responsible for the development of team members

**Who we're looking for**:

- You have studied management, business administration, finance or a related field and have practical experience (2 to 5 years) in fields related to the finance function (Accounting, Treasury, Taxes, Controlling)
- You are experienced in process improvements and project management
- You like to think and act rationally and effectively, fact-based. Strong in strategic thinking, you are hands-on and can also execute.
- You are a proactive self-starter and can work independently, you are curious and hungry to learn. You are solution-oriented & curious intellectual mindset
- You can create and share a comprehensive vision as well as break down complex ideas so anyone can understand them. You are an entrepreneur within the finance field
- You have the ability to adapt and to prioritize the most important and biggest levers at ease, in a constantly changing environment
- You are a communicative team player
