**(Senior) Customer Service Expert (m/w/d)**:

Wir suchen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams einen (Senior) Customer Service Expert (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

**CHANCEN UND PERSPEKTIVEN - WAS SIE ERWARTET**:

- Eigenständige Weiterentwicklung bestehender internen und externen Prozesse in Bezug auf Order to Invoice und Claim to Cash mit besonderem Fokus auf den Schweizer Markt
- Hauptverantwortliche Anlage und Pflege von Kundenstammdaten/Masterdata (Deutschland und Schweiz)
- Order Management und Auftragsüberwachung für Deutschland und für die Schweiz in Abstimmung mit den Logistikdienstleistern
- Identifikation und Lösen von Fehlerquellen innerhalb des „Order-To-Cash“ Prozesses im Sinne der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Erstellen von Statistiken und Auswertungen nach Bedarf
- Operative Maintenance „Order-to-cash“ relevanter Software Tools wie Pharma Mall, Freshdesk, Zentrix, etc.
- Hauptansprechpartner für 1st und 2nd Level für Schweizer Kundenanliegen, sowie für die Schweizer Commercial Kollegen
- Unterstützung des 1st Level Customer Service sowie anderer interner Abteilungen
- Unterstützung bei Trainings im Team und externen Customer Service

**QUALIFIKATIONS- UND AUSBILDUNGSANFORDERUNGEN**:

- Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Kundenservice, idealerweise innerhalb der Pharmaindustrie
- Expertenkenntnisse in SAP SD (Kundenstamm, Auftragsabwicklung, Monitoring der Belieferungen)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse in Französisch (Wort und Schrift) sowie solide Kenntnisse in Englisch
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (Schwerpunkt Excelanalysen und - auswertungen)
- Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise auch unter hoher Belastung
- Vertraulicher Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
- Flexibilität und Agilität
