We are looking for a Copywriter (f/m/x) who will be responsible for crafting clear and compelling consumer-facing marketing copy in German for Tourlane's marketing teams. Reporting to the Organic Growth Team Lead, you will take a holistic approach to ensure messaging and tonality are consistent across all marketing channels and create converting copy that supports our business growth.

**What is the role about?**
- Working closely with our marketing teams, such as CRM, Paid Social, Organic Growth, Social Media, and Design, you will transform content briefs into easy-to-read and compelling copy.
- Motivated towards excellence, you will continually deliver content that matches our marketing channels' best practices and Tourlane's tone of voice, ensuring that messaging and tonality are consistent across all channels.
- Passionate about creating content that converts into business results, you will have the opportunity to dive into our marketing channel's KPIs to make data-driven decisions on ways to consistently improve your copy.

**What will you need to be successful?**
- You have completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in journalism, communication, marketing or equivalent.
- You have 3+ years of proven professional experience in copywriting for various marketing channels, preferably in a startup environment.
- You are a passionate marketing copywriter with German skills at a native level and are fluent in English (French skills are a plus).
- You have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
- You have analytical skills, you measure your impact with relevant tools and utilize data to achieve goals.
- Your organizational skills enable you to work and write efficiently to meet tight deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- You're a team player, and you thrive working with a diverse group of people to create work that's greater than the sum of its parts
- You're eager to keep developing yourself, you embrace feedback and act upon it.
