**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist verantwortlich für die **Planung, Konzeption und den Aufbau unserer CRM-Kundensysteme** **und Umgebungen** im Microsoft Dynamics 365 Umfeld
- Dabei begleitest du die **Umsetzung der Lösungsarchitektur** mit deinem technischen Know-how
- Du fungierst als **Berater*in für unsere Kunden und die eigenen Teams**, wenn es um Neu
- & Weiterentwicklung der Systeme geht
- Außerdem unterstützt und berätst du das DevOps Team, bei dem **Ausbau und der laufenden Optimierung** der entsprechenden CRM-Umgebungen

**Deine Qualitäten**:

- Du kannst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, sowie Berufserfahrung vorweisen
- Du hast tiefgreifende Erfahrung in der **Konzeptionierung, Planung und Umsetzung von CRM-Systemen** in Microsoft Dynamics 365 und/oder CRM-Module und/oder Power Plattform/Automate
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse mit der **Azure-Cloud**:

- Wünschenswert wäre ein gutes **Datenbank Know-how (SQL, NoSQL)** sowie Microsoft Zertifizierungen (z.B. Dynamics 365 Fundamentals CRM)
- Unentbehrlich für die Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden sind** sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse **sowie die Bereitschaft für Termine in den Offices unserer Kunden
