As an analog IC design engineering intern, you’ll be a part of making our customers’ visions a reality. You’ll work on designing innovative analog circuits in the field of power management - switching converters.

**Some of your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to**:

- Development and implementation of DC-DC converter sub-blocks in Cadence Virtuoso
- Partnering with design team to develop mutually agreeable design specifications
- Analyzing trade-offs to ensure spec compliance and superior performance at a competitive cost
- Participating in design reviews and creating the necessary design documentation
- Supervising IC layouts to ensure a high-performance standard
- Characterizing prototypes in the LAB to ensure that the design specifications are met
- Driving behavioral models using VerilogA / Simplis / Matlab / Mathcad

**Minimum requirements**:

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering
- Good academic record

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Experience with Cadence design and simulation tools is preferred
- Basic understanding of analog circuit designs
- Familiarity with DCDC converters is an added advantage
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
