**Über den Bereich**

**Kurze Beschreibung des Bereichs **, **Corporate Bank - Cash Operations**

Die Deutsche Bank ist mit bis 50 Mio. Transaktionen bzw. einem Volumen von rd. 500 Mrd. täglich der weltweit größte Abwickler von EUR-Zahlungen. Der Bereich Germany Cash Operations (CSMO) ist verantwortlich für die operative Durchführung des europäischen und weltweiten Individual
- und Massenzahlungsverkehrs der Firmen-, Privat
- und institutionellen Kunden der Deutschen Bank AG.

Zu den Hauptaufgaben des Bereichs gehören die zeitgerechte und regulatorisch konforme Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs der Bank und unsere Kernprodukte sicher, u.a. SEPA, Single Payments, Check Services, Liquidity Management and Investigations. Darüber hinaus verantworten wir noch diverse verwandte Services rund um die Themen Commodities & Foreign Currencies, Cash Pooling, Bill Verification etc.

Innerhalb dieses Themenportfolios wurde das Command and Control Center aufgebaut, welches mit den Teams Funding - Client & Clearing, Global EUR Investigations oder Internal Accounts wesentliche Prozesse des Gesamtbereiches abdeckt. Neben der operativen Verantwortung dieser Teams obliegt der Führungskraft mit dem Team Process Control auch die Aufgabe, das gesamte Thema EUR Cash Operations in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Hubs und in Einbettung in den Gesamtbereich GCSMO in seinem globalen Aufsatz weiterzuentwickeln.

Zu besetzen sind mehrere Positionen in der Rolle Payments Processing Analyst für die Bereiche:

- Pension Payments Processing & Investigations
- High Value Payments Investigations
- High Value Payments Processing
- Wechselverarbeitung und Data Capture

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Zeitgerechte und korrekte Durchführung unterschiedlicher Abwicklungstätigkeiten für Cash & Liquidity Management Produkte, entlang der gesamten Prozesskette - von der Auftragserfassung bis hin zur Verrechnung, internen Verbuchung und Klärung eventueller Reklamationen
- Bearbeitung von individuellen Anfragen, Anfragen mit besonderer Priorität oder Komplexität
- Hohe Freigabekompetenz für kontrollpflichtige Vorgänge
- Überwachung der reibungslosen Abwicklung der wichtigsten Zahlungsströme, umgehende Eskalation von Störungen und Beteiligung am Management von Krisensituationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen, internen Interessengruppen wie beispielsweise das jeweilige Product Management, Implementations, Legal etc.
- Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit des Multiplikators bei der Einführung von Systemen, Prozessen, etc.
- Optimierung operativer Prozesse mit dem Ziel einer stetigen Vereinfachung bzw. Automatisierung; Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Analyse der Ergebnisse
- Kontinuierliche Überprüfung der Abwicklungsprozesse auf Einhaltung der Kontrollstandards sowie Identifizieren, Dokumentieren und Beheben von Schwachstellen

**Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen**
- (Bank-)Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und gute Problemlösungskompetenz
- Hervorragendes Produkt
- und Prozessverständnis zu Produkten im Zahlungsverkehr
- Langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Funktionen des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Teamfähigkeit, effizientes Arbeiten in virtuellen Teams
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- In Ausnahmefällen, Bereitschaft zu Arbeit an Feiertagen und Wochenenden im Rahmen der Regelabwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs, der Behebung wesentlicher Störungen in Systemen und Prozessen und der Implementierung neuer Anwendungen
