Thanks to our Business growth Oracle Life Sciences are looking for a new talented Principal Project Management. In this role, you will manage a team of Project Manager and assist them in developing mid
- and long-term growth plans. You will also lead Clients and important accounts relationship from an operation perspective.

Recognized as an Expert the Principal project management will collaborate closely internally with account managers and projects managers to deliver compelling content to differentiate our dynamic and multicultural company from competition and externally with our clients as you will be responsible for overall relationship with the client for work conducted by your team.

**MISSION**:

- Drive client conversations
- Drive Project management activities related to awarded projects
- Provide senior expertise to project managers
- Perform the oversight on some projects allocated, coming in support to the project team
- Represent the NIS project management group in cross-team discussions and opportunities
- Manage a team of Project managers within the group
- Provide close support to Project management Leader to grow this group

**Qualifications**:

- Strong experience in Project management
- Strong experience in all project related activities
- Strong experience in client discussions
- Strong understanding of project related financial component

**Basic Qualifications**
- At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

- At least 3 years licensed health care practice, clinical research, epidemiology and/or biostatistics work experience
- At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- High School Diploma

**Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 3 years people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
